PAYMENTS: I understand that this is a non-refundable commitment. There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations. If an emergency arises in conflict with this scheduled retreat, I understand that I have 1 year from the date of my deposit to request to join the following program. If there are conflicts that arise during the program and I am not able to complete my work, I understand that I am still legally and financially responsible for the FULL payment of the program if I am making payments. LIABILITY I, __________________________, understand that the purpose of Awaken Life Coaching Inc. is to provide spiritual resources. I agree that, any spiritual teacher associated with Awaken Life Coaching Inc. will not be held liable in the event of any and all injury associated with activities that I participate in (i.e. any physical activity, spiritual guidance, emotional suggestions, mental help and/or instruction that I receive). I acknowledge that Sophie Light Frabotta is not a physician and is not trained in any way to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or any other type of medical advice. I acknowledge that meditation/ coaching/ and training is another tool for teaching individuals about themselves, but that does not guarantee that coaching advice given by Sophie Light Frabotta will produce good nor bad results. I acknowledge that Awaken Life Coaching Inc. may suggest exercise as part of my lifestyle and any risks of participating in these types of events/ activities, will not hold Sophie Light Frabotta liable. I waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue from any liability of death, disability, personal injury, or action of any kind.
