This experience was an "Oh my God, on top of Oh my God." I never imagined that the result of this would be building a plan to sell my business. But it became very clear after I cleared out so much emotional clutter and mental blocks that I could clearly see my next steps. When I came into this course, I wanted to overcome my infertility struggles, heal from IVF, surgeries, and the endometriosis in my body. What has occurred has been greater than anything I could have imagined. One of the biggest shifts for me has been learning to face my triggers by going inward with awareness and practicing the 4 R’s Method, instead of suppressing or ignoring what I feel.
