I'm Sophie

 

After graduating with my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, I realized that I knew more about theory than I did methods to actually clear out problems. That is when I hit the ground running and dove into my inner world to face the dark shadows of my past. I spent the next decade in trial and error. But through the grace of God and learning about true Divine connection, I began to find the wounds that were blocking my light. Within a couple years I clearly understood how to go into the basement of my being, where the truth + trauma live and where the deep transformation happens. This is where I learned to shift the frequency of my body, and everything changed.

Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you find freedom from root wounds that have you drowning and feeling stuck. I’ll show you how to find the root, clear the source of pain, and put your energy back into alignment - so that no matter what life throws at you, you have the tools to handle it.
