No, it is all pre-recorded. You will get access to this classroom right after you sign up.
2. I purchased this last year, is this the same thing?
The first training + healing will be familiar, but the second training and activation for the Lions Gate 2024 are completely new! They are not sold separately. You get access until 12/31/24 to the trainings and you can download both meditations.
3. What does the training consist of?

4. How many times can I do the meditation?
