I'm Sophie

 

After graduating with my Masters in Transpersonal Psychology, I realized that I knew more about theory than I did methods to actually clear out problems. That is when I hit the ground running and dove into my inner world to face the dark shadows of my past. I spent the next decade in trial and error. But through the grace of God and learning about true Divine connection, I began to find the wounds that were blocking my light. Within a couple years I clearly understood how to go into the basement of my being, where the truth + trauma live and where the deep transformation happens. This is where I learned to shift the frequency of my body, and everything changed.
