HEY, I'M SOPHIE!
I spent years doing all the healing, and I kept wondering why my body still would not feel safe.
I had done the inner work. I had claimed my gifts. I had a master's degree, the certifications, the clarity, and I am the creator of five global spiritual healing modalities. Something still was not fully settled inside me. I was ready to fly, and my body kept hitting the brakes.
What I eventually understood transformed how I teach, how I heal, and how I built Awaken Collective into a global community of women who are now healing at the cellular level.
The breakthrough was simple and enormous. Awareness was never the thing that healed me. Safety was. The moment my nervous system learned to feel safe, the stored emotion finally had somewhere to go, and my healing began to stick.
I am not a coach who added healing on top. I am a Soul Whisperer, and I have spent two decades teaching women how to heal at the root. Women who are spiritually clear, deeply gifted, and ready to feel safe, whole, and at home inside their own bodies.
